New Season Programme for 2024-2025
We are delighted to announce our new season of the best of world cinema. We would like to welcome all members – new and old – to the BFS bringing you the best in world cinema. Our new film season starts on 12 September with a comedy/crime drama from France – ‘The Innocent’. We have our usual exciting and eclectic selection of ten films – which we really hope will tempt you to come every month.

Membership fees and entry prices stay the same at £15 membership and £3 per film per person. Guests are very welcome but the entry price is £6.50 pp.
Join Us!
If you would like to join the society you can start by filling in our online membership form. Membership fees can be conveniently paid by electronic transfer process and you can collect your membership card when you come to your first film. All films are shown at the wonderful Parkway Cinema in Flemingate.
